My family has been taking our cars and trucks to Virgil's for a few years now. He and his staff are always honest with my wife, my son and me. On top of that they always have done quality work on our vehicles. A few times over the years I have been in with a problem I fully thought was going to be an expensive repair (and therefore I could have easily been taken advantage of because I already was expecting a big repair) yet later we get a call from Virgil and his staff with good news of a small repair. Another example, recently my wife brought her car in for brakes. We were both certain new brakes were needed. Later that day however, we got the call that brakes were in great shape and that the car just had another small issue that was taken care of inexpensively. This is welcome integrity in today's world. Quality work, honesty, and they always seem to get our car repairs done right away. I can't remember one time over the years when they had to keep the car for any substantial amount of time. 5-star review from the Lewis family.
