My family has been taking our cars and trucks to Virgil's for a few years now. He and his staff are always honest with my wife, my son and me. On top of that they always have done quality work on our vehicles. A few times over the years I have been in with a problem I fully thought was going to be an expensive repair (and therefore I could have easily been taken advantage of because I already was expecting a big repair) yet later we get a call from Virgil and his staff with good news of a small repair. Another example, recently my wife brought her car in for brakes. We were both certain new brakes were needed. Later that day however, we got the call that brakes were in great shape and that the car just had another small issue that was taken care of inexpensively. This is welcome integrity in today's world. Quality work, honesty, and they always seem to get our car repairs done right away. I developed a leak in a diesel fuel line to the tank on my Dodge Ram 2500. The tank had to be dropped to access the line so it could be repaired. Virgil's got me in within a day and finished the work in one day. The repair looks very professional and he added some extra clips to the fuel lines to keep them from rubbing again. I am very pleased with their work and will go to them again. I recommend them for repairs to your vehicle.

I had the unfortunate experience of breaking down between Quartzsite and Parker Arizona on Thanksgiving weekend. After two mobile repair opinions, it was determined that I would need work done in a garage. After searching online I found Virgil’s shop in Lake Havasu City had great reviews so had my little class A towed up to him. I was so happy with his knowledge and willingness to work me in to his schedule. He was able to diagnose and repair what turned out to be a less serious problem than diagnosed by the mobile repair people. I was back on the road quickly and very satisfied with the work done.
